Zip has been umming and arring about selling his ironhead for some time, we've stuck it on ebay once or twice and dealt with loads of absolute dickheads. He has finally said he definatley wants to sell it and'mtrying to avoid putting it on ebay so hopefully someone who reads this blog and has a bit of class will see it and buy it. The bike is in the current issue of GKM so buy it if you haven't already done so. Me and Zip built this bike in 2010. it is a 1972 Sportster engine that has been totally rebuilt by Joe Taylor at Blueprint engineering, everything is brand new inside and done to the highest standard, gearbox was also done at Blueprint, heads and barrels powdercoated, everything else polished, it has an S.U carb which all polished and an MPD ribbed primary cover ( mint). frame is an FRC frame in black powdercoat. Pipes are one off upswept with cocktail shakers by moi. Tank is a geuine Wassel and so is the rear mudguard, Anderson pegs with one off SS brake pedal seat is a Plane Jane Rollers Tuck n Roll, 16" rear wheel, chrome rim with stainless spokes and polished hub and brake, front wheel is a 21" rim with chrome star hub ( Timkens) and chrome drum. forks are repo big twin with chromed front legs, jean-u-whine sidemount Bates headlight, chrome dragbars on 4" dogbone risers, chrome round oil tank, one off very clean wiring loom by Ian at Secondcity Customs, electronic ignition and also has a speedo! hidden spring side stand, firestoe rear tyre, speedmaster front tyre, tax and m.o.t.
